Day 01: Delhi - Leh
Take a flight to Leh from Delhi's airport. Meet our tour representative when you arrive in Leh, who will assist you with an assisted transfer to your hotel. After completing the check-in procedures, the rest of the day is yours to do as you please. The enchanting Leh, located at an altitude of 3542 metres, is one of India's most popular tourist destinations. It is critical that you acclimate to the high pressure of the high altitude before spending your vacation here. Stay for the night.
Day 02: Leh - Alchi - Leh
Begin the second day of the tour by driving west of Leh to Alchi Monastery. Alchi Gompa, a Buddhist monastery, was founded between 958 and 1055 AD. The complex is situated along the banks of the Indus River. This monastery, one of Ladakh's most important Buddhist learning centres, houses some old miniature paintings. Drive past Magnetic Hill, one of the Himalayan wonders, and stop in Nimu to take some photos at the confluence of the Zanskar and Indus rivers. After that, proceed to the monastery. When you get back to the hotel, pay a visit to the Military Hall of Fame, a museum built and maintained by the Army in honour of war heroes. Stay for the night.
Day 03: Leh - Nubra Valley
Start your day early and get transferred to Nubra Valley, by road. Driver past Khardungla, touted as the highest motorable road in the world, placed at an altitude of 18360 feet. Enjoy the mesmerizing views. Afternoon is scheduled for a visit to Hundur and Diskit monasteries, placed at a small distance from each other. Both are popular Buddhist monasteries of Nubra. Next visit is to the white sand dunes where you partake in Camel Safari on double-humped camels, found only in Nubra. Back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Nubra Valley - Leh
Start your day early and take a road trip to Nubra Valley. Drive past Khardungla, the world's highest motorable road, which is located at an elevation of 18360 feet. Take in the breathtaking views. The afternoon is set aside for a visit to the Hundur and Diskit monasteries, which are only a short distance apart. Both are Nubra's most popular Buddhist monasteries. The next stop is the white sand dunes, where you can go on a Camel Safari with double-humped camels that are only found in Nubra. Then it's back to the hotel for the night.
Day 05: Leh - Pangong Lake
An outing to Pangong Lake is planned for the following day. Drive past Chang La, a high mountain pass at an elevation of 5360 metres, on the way. Continue on to the lake, passing through Durnuk and Tangtse villages in the Changthang region. Observe the locals' daily activities. Arrival at the lake's edge in the afternoon. Tents can be set up here. It's also known as Pangong Tso, and it's a beautiful lake. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Visit a nearby local village to learn more about Leh Ladakh's culture. Tents will be used for the night.
Day 06: Pangong – Leh
Start the tour's sixth day a little earlier to catch some early morning views of the lake. During this time of day, the location provides some fantastic photo opportunities. Breakfast will be served later, and then the journey back to Leh will begin. If you want, you can stop along the way at Hemis Monastery, Ladakh's richest and largest monastery. Arrival in Leh in the afternoon. Complete the hotel check-in procedures once you arrive. After that, you can go souvenir shopping for your loved ones back home. Stay for the night.
Day 07: Leh – Delhi
Get an assisted transfer to the Kushok Bakula airport on the final day to board a flight to Delhi.
